Evolution of Real Estate Prices in Alpes-Maritimes

Contrary to many French departments, the real estate market in Alpes-Maritimes has been very stable over the past 10 years. The inevitable price increase that occurred during the pandemic remained very reasonable (especially compared to the neighboring Var).

If the department follows the national trend, prices should decrease in 2024, but beware, this decline does not affect all properties! What we call the real estate market is actually a multitude of small markets, divided by location or type of property, and not all are necessarily impacted by the crisis!

In Summary: A Diverse and Interesting Department

While some locations have very high prices per square meter, others are much more profitable and offer excellent investment opportunities, whether for buying a second home, seasonal rental, or your future primary residence in the south! In any case, you will not regret the region, one of the most diverse and pleasant to live in France!
